The project was conceptualized and developed by Nikhil. It was a daunting task to achieve. There were never ending niggles along the journey. To begin with, the construction site had no approach roads for commute, which posed a great challenge in transporting the structural elements. From arranging personnel to building site offices, it took relentless efforts to get this project done within a short time span of 4 months. It was an unprecedented feat that was achieved!
At the end of it, the project was appreciated by Hon’ble Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. This added another feather in Nikhil’s cap.
This was among the first of its kind prefabricated airport in the country, which came up as a part of UDAN scheme of the Indian government, for have a civil terminal built at Hindon air force base at Ghaziabad.
